There is no consultation fee to meet with our Physician, Registered Nurses, Estheticians and office staff to discuss your overall treatment plan.
All Thermage and Vivace treatments will require half down at the time the appointment is scheduled and the other half will need to be paid the day of the treatment.
We have a text/email reminder one day prior to you appointment, however this is a courtesy and the office cannot be responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if appointments aren’t cancelled 12 hours in advance.
We make every effort to call and confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance; however this is a courtesy and the office cannot be responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments.
Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be accommodated only if time allows. It may be necessary to cancel part of your scheduled service. Your treatment will end on time so the next client is not delayed or inconvenienced. Thank you for your understanding.
The package price expires 1 year after the date of purchase unless otherwise stated when purchasing. After expiration it turns into a monetary credit. (Applies to all packages)
We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most highly qualified professionals in the industry. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. When your spa experience is a positive one, it is customary to tip your service provider.
Our recommended gratuity is 15%-20%.
